Connor is a Manager at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than seven years of public accounting experience. He joined Centri in August 2021 and specializes in assisting SPAC clients with documenting the accounting treatment of various transactions, including debt and equity analysis. He also supports clients with their financial reporting requirements and the preparation of periodic filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), including S-1, 8K, 10-Q, and 10-K filings. Additionally, he assists with DeSPAC transactions and other capital market transactions.

Prior to his time with Centri, Connor was a Senior at Anchin, Block & Anchin, LLP, where he worked on private engagements in the consumer products, public relations, not-for-profit, and real estate industries.

Connor received a B.S. in Applied Accounting and Finance and an M.B.A. in Accounting from Fordham University.
