Farrel is Vice President of Operations at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 20 years of operational experience. He joined Centri in July 2024 and is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective revenue-producing operations of the organization, overseeing key operational functions, driving process improvements, and contributing to the achievement of strategic goals.

Prior to his time with Centri, Farrel held leadership roles in startup and high-growth companies, including Koneksa, UserZoom, Integral Ad Science and Medidata Solutions where he led operations, project management office, IT, and business systems functions.

Farrel received a Bachelor of Commerce and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
