Grace Ann is a Senior Associate at Centri Business Consulting. She has more than 2 years of experience in public accounting and consulting. She joined Centri in April 2023, where she specializes in advising SPAC clients across various industries with their financial reporting requirements and the preparation of periodic filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), including S-1, 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings.

Prior to her time with Centri, Grace Ann was an Associate at KPMG in their Accounting Advisory Practice, where she worked on IPO and SPAC transactions and prepared technical accounting memoranda. Her industry focus was primarily on companies in the consumer, retail, and technology industries.

Grace Ann received a B.S. in Management with a concentration in Accounting and a co-concentration in Managing for Social Impact and the Public Good from Boston College in 2021. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Massachusetts.
