Jared is a Senior Manager at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 9 years of experience in public accounting and consulting services. He joined Centri in November 2022 and assists clients across various industries with SEC financial reporting and technical accounting research. 

Prior to his time with Centri, Jared was a Manager at a regional advisory firm, where he completed a variety of projects for clients in industries ranging from commercial real estate to biotechnology, among others. Jared performed accounting system implementations, technical accounting research, finance department optimization and automation, and financial reporting processes. He began his career at PwC, where he conducted financial statement audits in accordance with US GAAP and GAAS standards, primarily in the insurance industry. He assisted in evaluating clients’ internal controls, specifically documenting key control processes.

Jared received a BS in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and an MS in Accountancy from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of New Jersey.
