Liz is a Managing Director at Centri Business Consulting. She has more than 13 years of financial, accounting, and transaction advisory experience. She joined Centri in May 2024 and has supported clients in several industries, focusing primarily on professional services, SaaS, manufacturing, and healthcare. Liz assists clients with a variety of financial reporting needs, including financial statement preparation, acquisition accounting, technical accounting research, and audit preparation support.

Prior to her time with Centri, Liz was a Senior Director with CBIZ Private Equity Advisory where she assisted private equity and private and public companies throughout the transaction and investment lifecycle, including buy-side and sell-side financial and accounting due diligence, post-transaction support, finance and accounting transformation, and post-acquisition dispute resolution.

Prior to her time with CBIZ Private Equity Advisory, Liz spent more than 7 years as an auditor supporting private equity and private and public companies in a variety of industries.

Liz received a B.A. in accounting from the University of South Florida and completed graduate work at the University of Mannheim in Germany. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and Colorado.
