Tiara is a Senior Manager at Centri Business Consulting. She has more than 10 years of public accounting, industry, and advisory experience. She joined Centri in February 2024 within the Financial Reporting Practice and assists clients across various industries with their financial reporting and technical accounting needs.

Prior to her time with Centri, Tiara was an Advisory Manager at Deloitte, LLP. There, she assisted companies with various projects ranging from risk assessment procedures to developing solutions to finance data complexities.

Before her role at Deloitte, Tiara was the Manager of Technical Accounting at FTI Consulting for 3 years. She spent the first 6 years of her career providing audit services to public and private companies in the Assurance Practice at Ernst and Young. Across the breadth of her career, Tiara has assisted with audits of internal control over financial reporting, system implementations, and accounting around various topics, including business combinations and leases.

Tiara received a B.S. in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) and is a Certified Public Accountant in Maryland and Virginia. Tiara is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the National Association for Black Accountants (NABA).
