Centri Welcomes Rikki Williams as Director

Philadelphia, PA – January 13, 2021 – Centri Business Consulting, LLC is excited to announce the addition of a new Director, Rikki Williams, to the firm. Rikki has over 13 years of public and private accounting experience.

“Rikki brings a breadth of knowledge and experience to this position, which will allow our firm to continue its momentum in supporting clients and their accounting and advisory needs,” says Michael Aiello, Centri’s CEO and Managing Partner.

Rikki’s focus is assisting clients with financial reporting and complex accounting advisory including assisting with SEC filings, review of complex transactions and preparation of position papers.  Rikki has experience in the Life Science and Technology space.

Prior to joining Centri, Rikki served as Vice President, Finance & Accounting at Remine Inc., a property tech SaaS start-up located in Vienna, VA. In this position, he was responsible for directing all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll, and financial reporting. He also analyzed the company’s financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance with budgets, provided strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth needs, managed all tax planning and compliance with all required federal, state, local, payroll, property and other applicable taxes and cash management and treasury functions of the company. During his time at Remine, Rikki led a Series A capital raise in the amount of $30.0 million.

At the start of his career, Rikki spent 10 years in public accounting, most recently as a Director in PwC’s Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services practice.

Rikki received his Master and Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting & Information Systems from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.  He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Virginia.
