Learning and Development Coordinator

The Learning & Development Coordinator’s primary focus will be supporting the development and execution of learning strategies that algin with the strategic goals of Centri Business Consulting, LLC (“the Firm”).  

Core Responsibilities

  • Understand learning styles and generation obstacles, create solutions to ensure team members have the best opportunity to learn within in-person and virtual environments.
  • Collaborate with the appropriate internal or external resources to develop and facilitate curriculum that enhances our team members learning and development.
  • Plan, set up, and manage training events and activities, inclusive of live in-person, group internet based, on-demand and nano learning events
  • Organize required training documentation in compliance with NASBA CPE standards
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the learning management system, webcasting platform and other technology, keeping in front of all emerging L&D technologies.
  • Develop and facilitate new learning content.
  • Support Firm initiatives and development opportunities.
  • Working to build in-person relationships and promote collaboration in a hybrid environment.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of Learning and Development concepts, including instructional design, media development, facilitation skills, etc.
  • Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and well organized.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Strong communication and people skills.

Education and Experience

  • 1-3 years of Learning and Development experience, preferably in professional services firm.
  • Bachelor's in business administration or a related/relevant field.
  • Prior experience administering/overseeing learning management system(s)

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift items up to 30 pounds at times.
  • Travel will be 5% of the time when necessary.
