Centri is seeking a Marketing Analyst to drive data management, audience segmentation, and strategic marketing actions. This role is responsible for transforming marketing, sales, and event data into actionable insights, maintaining clean and compliant databases, and supporting the marketing team’s efforts to reach and engage the right audiences. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about leveraging data to optimize marketing performance, sales enablement, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities Data Management & Integrity
  • Maintain and cleanse marketing databases and event-related lists to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness.
  • Implement data hygiene processes, including deduplication, validation, and updates across CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Excel).
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with email marketing standards (GDPR/CAN-SPAM).
Audience Segmentation & List Building
  • Build, segment, and manage invitation and outreach lists for campaigns and events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, business development, and segment leaders to identify and refine target audiences.
  • Develop dynamic lists based on engagement, demographics, and strategic priorities.
Tracking, Reporting & Analytics
  • Analyze marketing and event data from HubSpot, social platforms, Google Analytics, and other sources to evaluate campaign and event performance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to measure KPIs such as lead generation, engagement, conversion rates, attendance, and ROI.
  • Monitor conversion rates from invitation to registration to attendance, providing insights to improve targeting and engagement.
  • Present findings and actionable insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams in clear, visual formats.
Strategic & Cross-Functional Support
  • Support campaign and event planning with data-driven recommendations for audience targeting, messaging, and timing.
  • Partner with marketing leadership to align data strategies with business goals.
  • Collaborate across marketing, business development, and partners to support list requests and audience insights.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, operations, event marketing, or data management.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot (required), Excel, and marketing automation/list management tools.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; comfortable with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, HubSpot dashboards).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and proactive problem solver.
