Centri Welcomes New Advisory Board Members to Drive Strategic Growth

Philadelphia, PA – April 10, 2025 – Centri Business Consulting, LLC, one of the industry’s fastest-growing and most respected accounting and advisory firms, is proud to announce the addition of two key members to its advisory board, Michael Bearup and Lori Reiner. Centri’s advisory board, formed in March 2022, is comprised of nationally recognized executives who bring a depth of experience and leadership to the organization.

Mike brings a wealth of experience in audit, advisory, and professional services, with a strong background in corporate governance and culture-building. Throughout his career, he successfully led key initiatives at KPMG, including Lead Director of KPMG LLP’s Board of Directors, expanding KPMG’s Colorado offices from 350 to 1,200 professionals as a Managing Partner, and guiding successful IPOs and acquisitions for multinational and domestic companies.

Lori is a highly experienced CPA Audit Partner and business advisor specializing in strategic growth and leadership development. Throughout her career, she successfully led transformative initiatives at EisnerAmper, including serving as the inaugural Chief People Officer and leading the strategic expansion of the Philadelphia office. Lori played a pivotal role in M&A integrations, scaling operations, and talent optimization, bringing a strong people-first perspective to firmwide growth.
