Centri Welcomes Zach Agins as Vice President of Corporate Development

Philadelphia, PA – August 11^th, 2025 – Centri is pleased to welcome Zach Agins as Vice President of Corporate Development to the firm. In this role, Zach will lead Centri’s merger and acquisition strategy, as well as execution, integration, and post-deal monitoring. He will also play a critical role in expanding Centri’s national geographic footprint as the firm continues its rapid growth.

Zach brings over 15 years of experience in private equity, consulting, and industry leadership, with a track record of successful investments and strategic growth initiatives across the middle market. At Centri, Zach will help identify and pursue strategic acquisition opportunities, support the integration of acquired businesses, and drive initiatives that enhance Centri’s service offerings, geographic reach, and client impact.

Prior to joining Centri, Zach was a Vice President at L2 Capital Partners, a buyout private equity firm focused on the lower middle market. He also held leadership roles at Core X Partners, Graham Partners, and Ernst & Young, where he gained deep experience in investing, operations, and transaction advisory services, respectively.

Zach earned his B.S. in Finance from The Schreyer Honors College at Penn State University and his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a CPA and a CFA Charterholder.
