Centri’s Jaime Krug is Promoted to Partner

PHILADELPHIA, PA – May 23, 2017 – Centri Business Consulting, LLC is proud to announce the promotion of Jaime Krug to Partner effective June 1, 2017.  Jaime started at Centri in June 2014 as a Manager and then quickly moved up to Senior Manager and then Director.  Since joining the firm she has been assisting clients across several industries with their financial reporting requirements, including documenting the accounting treatment of various complex transactions and preparation of periodic filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, including S-1, 8-k, 10-Q, and 10-k filings.  Jaime has also assisted clients of various sizes with the implementation and testing of SOX compliance programs in accordance with the criteria set forth by the 2013 Internal Control – Integrated Framework issued by the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (“COSO”). Jaime has also assisted her clients with various pre-audit support, CFO advisory and corporate governance related projects.

Jaime received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Chester University in 2006 and is a Certified Public Accountant.  She is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is an active member of the PICPA’s Emerging CPAs Committee.  In connection with her active participation in PICPA events and the Emerging CPAs Committee, Jaime received the PICPA “Young Leaders” Award in 2013.
