Centri’s Jonathan Hernandez Promoted to Managing Director

Philadelphia, PA, July 14, 2025 – Centri is pleased to announce the promotion of Jonathan Hernandez to Managing Director, effective July 2025. With over 13 years of experience in public accounting and consulting, Jonathan has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and technical expertise across a wide range of industries, with a primary focus on Technology and Life Sciences. This promotion recognizes the contributions he has made to the firm’s growth and service to its clients.

Jonathan joined Centri in January 2024 and has since played a pivotal role in supporting clients through complex accounting matters. His areas of expertise include revenue recognition, business combinations, goodwill impairment assessments, segment reporting, lease accounting, complex debt and equity instruments, stock-based compensation, discontinued operations and carve-outs, and the adoption of new accounting standards. He also leads IPO and Capital Markets readiness initiatives, guiding clients through the intricacies of financial reporting and SEC compliance. His experience includes preparing and reviewing key filings such as Forms S-1, S-4, 8-K, 10-Q, and 10-K.

Prior to his time with Centri, Jonathan served as a Director at PwC in New York, where he led audit engagements for both public and private companies across industries such as Technology, Entertainment & Media, Book Publishing, and Payment Processing.

Jonathan holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in New York and Florida and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
