Throughout her tenure, Katie has led numerous intricate engagements, helping clients navigate evolving regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with SEC standards. Her leadership and commitment to excellence have strengthened Centri’s reputation as a trusted advisor in financial reporting.

Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from West Virginia University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She has extensive experience advising public companies on SEC reporting, technical accounting, and complex transactions across multiple industries.
