Centri’s Michael Kirchner Promoted to Vice President of Quality
Philadelphia, PA, December 3rd, 2025 – Centri is pleased to announce the promotion of Michael Kirchner to Vice President of Quality, effective December 1, 2025. Since joining Centri in February 2022, Michael has been instrumental in strengthening the firm’s quality operations and advancing its commitment to excellence across all service lines.
With over 20 years of experience in accounting, advisory, and audit services, Michael brings deep expertise in technical accounting, financial reporting, and quality control. In his new role, he will continue to lead the execution of financial activities, oversee quality operations across the firm, and drive the standardization of processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and service delivery. He also conducts technical quality control (QC) and subject matter expert (SME) reviews for a wide range of projects, ensuring the highest standards in Centri’s client deliverables.
Michael previously served as Managing Director at Centri, where he supported clients with technical accounting research and documentation on complex topics, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, business combinations, goodwill and asset impairment assessments, as well as SEC filings. He also chaired Centri’s Learning & Development Committee, a role he continues to support from a quality assurance perspective.

Michael holds a B.S. in Accounting from Monmouth University and an M.B.A. from Rider University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and a member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs.
