Tori Jancovic Promoted to Senior Manager

PHILADELPHIA, PA – January 22, 2020 – Centri Business Consulting, LLC. is excited to announce the promotion of Tori Jancovic to Senior Manager. Tori provides advisory services to clients across multiple industries including life sciences, technology and financial services. Tori specializes in supporting clients with documenting the accounting treatment of various transactions, including complex debt and equity analysis, acquisition accounting and due diligence. Tori is also a leader in the firm’s IPO Readiness, M&A Readiness and other Transaction Advisory services. This promotion recognizes the contributions she has made to the firm’s growth and service to its clients.

Prior to joining Centri in Fall 2016, Tori held multiple positions on the financial reporting team at Ascensus, Inc., a privately held financial services company. In those positions, she reported directly to the CFO working on M&A activities and supported Board reporting and consolidated internal management reporting

Tori has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University.  She is a member of the Saint Joseph’s alumni group.
