Amanda is a Senior Manager at Centri Business Consulting. She has more than 12 years of public accounting experience assisting clients with tax issues pertaining to corporate compliance, provisions (ASC 740), mergers and acquisitions, and tax planning. She joined Centri in July 2024 and supports clients across various industries with their tax advisory needs.

Prior to her time with Centri, Amanda was a Senior Manager with EY’s Global Compliance and Reporting group where she focused primarily on tax compliance and tax advisory services for middle market and large global companies in both the public and private sectors.

Amanda received a B.S. in Accounting from San Diego State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the states of North Carolina and California and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
