Cory is a Managing Director at Centri Business Consulting. He has 14 years of accounting and advisory experience. Cory joined Centri in September 2024 and specializes in revenue recognition as well as leading and supporting clients through a variety of complex transactions, including IPOs, new accounting standard adoptions and implementations, carve-outs, and business combinations. He excels at managing projects of all sizes, functioning as the primary liaison between our project teams and senior management. Cory also assists clients with external audit readiness and financial reporting requirements, preparing periodic filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), including S-1, S-4, 8-K, Proxy, 10-Q, 10-K and Form 10 filings.

Prior to his time with Centri, Cory spent 13 years at Deloitte & Touche LLP, most recently as a Senior Manager, where he planned, coordinated, supervised, and executed financial statement external audits and accounting advisory service engagements. His experience included a focus on publicly traded and private equity-backed software and technology companies, medical device manufacturers and distributors, and investment management clients.

Cory received a B.S. and MAcc degree from the University of Tennessee. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Georgia. In addition, Cory serves on the Board of Directors of the Technology Association of Georgia’s (TAG) Digital Health Society and volunteers as a “Big Brother” in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta.
