Dave is a Managing Director at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 11 years of public accounting and accounting advisory experience. He joined Centri in December 2023 and focuses primarily on serving clients in the life sciences industry. Dave specializes in supporting clients going through complex accounting events and transactions, including debt and equity financing, revenue recognition, leases, and stock compensation. He is also well-versed in IPO-readiness, financial reporting and preparing periodic filings with the SEC.

Prior to his time with Centri, Dave was a Senior Director at FTI Consulting, where he worked on several private and public engagements for clients, primarily in the life sciences and technology industries. His experience included a focus on private equity and venture-backed entities and emerging growth and publicly traded companies. Prior to FTI Consulting, Dave was a Senior Auditor at Deloitte, where he supervised audits of a variety of public and private companies in numerous industries, including consumer goods, construction, manufacturing and alternative energy.

Dave received a B.S. degree in Business Administration and a M.S. degree in Accounting from Northeastern University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
