David is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Centri Business Consulting. He has over 25 years of experience across the Human Resources function. In his role with the firm, David partners with the firm’s Executive Team to ensure Human Resources initiatives including organizational design, workforce planning, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, assessment & development are aligned with and supportive of the Firm’s strategy while maintaining and enhancing the Firm’s organizational culture.
As an HR leader, David has deep experience leading organizations through disruptive change including hypergrowth, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. He combines a talent focus with broad HR functional expertise to ensure tactical execution supporting strategic initiatives resulting in an engaged and committed workforce.
David’s experience crosses industries and firms of a range of sizes and structure from founder led to Fortune 100 and publicly traded, privately held and Private Equity backed. He has worked as an HR professional and consultant at organizations including Citigroup, Korn Ferry, Peloton, and Eisner Amper.
David received a BS from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Human Resources Leadership from Rutgers University. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
