Derek is a Talent Acquisition Manager at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 13 years of talent acquisition and accounting experience. He joined Centri in March 2022 and assists with developing search strategies and hiring talent across multiple markets and service lines.

Prior to his time with Centri, Derek was a Talent Acquisition Manager at Colonial Electric Supply, where he collaborated with senior leadership on talent strategy/staff development and led the recruitment across all verticals of the organization. Derek was also an Agency Staffing Manager in the Finance/Accounting industry at Robert Half and Beacon Hill Financial. He started his career as a Senior Audit Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Healthcare and Manufacturing industries.

Derek received a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Philadelphia University in 2006.
