Evan is a Senior Associate at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 2 years of public accounting experience. He joined Centri in September 2023 and works within the SEC Financial Reporting group, advising clients on the accounting treatment for complex transactions, as well as financial statement preparation.

Prior to his time with Centri, Evan worked as an Audit Associate at KPMG. While at KPMG, he worked within the audit function, filing with SEC public registrants and privately held companies. Evan’s industry focus is primarily on companies in the technology, life sciences, sports, and consumer goods industries.

Evan received a B.S. in Accounting, minoring in Information Systems, and an MSA with a focus in Data Analytics from Loyola University, Maryland, in 2021. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Pennsylvania and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
