Jacob is a Manager at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 4 years of experience in public and private accounting and consulting services. He joined Centri in April 2023 and assists clients across various industries, advising clients on accounting transformations, process improvement, financial statement preparation, digital asset transactions, and M&A. Jacob also has extensive experience supporting clients who work with complex data, as well as filings with the SEC, including S-1, 10-Q, 10-K, and associated correspondence with the SEC.

Prior to his time with Centri, Jacob was a Senior Digital Asset Analyst, where he performed blockchain data analysis, technical accounting documentation, and various consulting services for companies within the digital asset industry. Jacob also spent almost three years serving in the Audit practice at KPMG. While at KPMG, he led both financial statement audits, integrated audits for large public companies filing with the SEC, and audits of privately held companies. His industry focus was primarily on companies in the technology, media, and telecom industries in New York City.

Jacob received a B.S. in Information Systems and Accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 2019.
