Jean Charles

Jean Charles is a Senior Associate in Centri’s Technical Accounting practice, where he specializes in technical accounting, financial reporting, valuation support, and internal controls. He joined Centri in January 2026 and works closely with cross‑functional teams to help clients navigate technical accounting challenges, implement efficient reporting processes, and enhance the effectiveness of their control environments.

Prior to his time with Centri, he was supporting clients across a range of industries, including capital markets, real estate, commercial retail, and life sciences. Jean’s background also includes exposure to key accounting standards such as ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition), ASC 326 (CECL), and ASC 805 (Business Combinations), enabling him to assist clients with complex transactions and reporting requirements.

Jean is currently pursuing his CPA.
