Jonathan is a Director at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 12 years of experience in public accounting and consulting. He joined Centri in January 2024 and supports clients across numerous industries, focusing primarily on Technology and Life Sciences. Jonathan specializes in supporting clients by documenting the accounting treatment of various transactions and topics, including revenue recognition, business combinations, goodwill impairment assessments, segment reporting, leases, complex debt and equity instruments, stock-based compensation, discontinued operations/carve-outs, and adoption of new accounting pronouncements. He performs IPO & Capital Markets readiness services and supports clients with their financial reporting requirements, preparing periodic filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), including Form S-1, S-4, 8-K, 10-Q, and 10-K filings.

Prior to his time with Centri, Jonathan was a Director at PwC, based out of the New York office, where he worked on both public and private company audit engagements for clients in a variety of industries, including Technology, Entertainment & Media, Book Publishing, and Payment Processing. His experience included leading public and private company audits with a focus on SEC financial reporting and technical accounting matters related to ASC 606 (Revenue from Contracts with Customers), ASC 805 (Business Combinations), ASC 350 (Intangibles – Goodwill and Other), ASC 280 (Segment Reporting), ASC 842 (Leases), ASC 920 (Entertainment – Broadcasters), ASC 926 (Entertainment – Films), discontinued operations/carve-outs, and adoption of new accounting pronouncements. He has extensive experience reviewing SEC financial statements and disclosures, as well as assessing companies’ internal control environments to ensure compliance with Section 404 of Sarbanes-Oxley.

Jonathan received a B.S. degree in Accounting and a M.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Florida. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New York and Florida and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA).
