Joseph is a Manager at Centri Business Consulting. He has over 7 years of accounting and advisory experience. He joined Centri in May 2019 and assists clients within the firm’s M&A Transaction Advisory Practice. Additionally, Joseph has worked on SOX compliance testing programs, financial reporting requirements, ASC 606 Revenue Recognition impact assessments, and contract review procedures. He also assisted with technical accounting research, primarily in the Digital Assets and Esports industries.

Prior to his time with Centri, Joseph was a Financial Assistant at Fire Sprinkler Service Inc. During his time there, he was responsible for accounts receivables, invoices, and reviewing various financial statements.

Joseph received a B.S. in Accounting from Stockton University in 2018.
