Joseph is a Manager at Centri Business Consulting. He has over 7 years of accounting and advisory experience. He joined Centri in May 2019 and assists clients within the firm’s M&A Transaction Advisory Practice and specializes in assisting SPAC clients with documenting the accounting treatment of various transactions, including debt and equity analysis. He has been involved with various IPOs, including traditional IPOs and IPOs via business combinations, and has assisted with complex technical accounting surrounding these deals. He also prepares periodic filings with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), including S-1, S-4, 8-K, Proxy, Form 10, 10-Q, and 10-K filings, along with IPO readiness.

Joseph has also participated in the firm’s ASC 606 Revenue Recognition practice, where he guides public and private companies through the implementation of the new standard on both technical and operational matters. Additionally, Joseph has worked on SOX compliance testing programs, financial reporting requirements, ASC 606 Revenue Recognition impact assessments, and contract review procedures. He also assisted with technical accounting research, primarily in the Digital Assets and Esports industries.

Prior to his time with Centri, Joseph was a Financial Assistant at Fire Sprinkler Service Inc. During his time there, he was responsible for accounts receivables, invoices, and reviewing various financial statements.

Joseph received a B.S. in Accounting from Stockton University in 2018.
