Kara is an Operations Director at Centri Business Consulting. She has more than 5 years of experience. She joined Centri in September 2018 and plays a critical role in both the day-to-day and strategic operations of the firm. Kara oversees the resource and project management processes of the firm through enhanced leverage, capacity management, and skill set alignment to drive growth and ensure that the best quality service and end-product is provided to the firm’s clients. Additionally, she collaborates with segment leaders to drive plan achievement through management capacity and shifting production, overseeing the resource management and project management processes, providing growth and profitability through enhanced leverage, and aligning the team’s skill sets to ensure a successful client delivery process.

Prior to her time with Centri, Kara was a Program Director for The Julian Krinsky Group in King of Prussia, PA. During her time there, she oversaw and managed the development of their educational summer programs at Yale University. Her many responsibilities consisted of creating proposals, scheduling and calendar management, budgeting, running the program, and being the main point of contact for clients, partner companies, and team members.

Kara received her B.S. in Mathematics Education from Widener University.
