Matt is a Managing Director at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 15 years of experience in client service, solving complex technical and operational accounting challenges for companies. He joined Centri in July 2025 and specializes in a range of complex accounting topics, including revenue recognition, business combination accounting, consolidations, and share-based compensation. Matt also advises clients through the IPO process—from readiness and financial statement uplift, through to SEC filing support. He primarily serves customers in the technology, telecommunications, digital assets, and consumer goods sectors. He has extensive knowledge and experience with Denver and the Mountain West region.

Prior to his time at Centri, Matt spent nearly fifteen years at two of the “Big 4” accounting firms. He started his career in the audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he gained a deep knowledge of the requirements of a public and private company audit. He then moved to Ernst and Young’s Financial Accounting Advisory Services practice, where he helped clients navigate emerging accounting standards, transaction accounting, and transformation initiatives.

Matt holds a B.S in accounting from Regis University and is a licensed CPA in Colorado and California.
