Matthew Norman is a Senior Associate at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 5 years of public accounting and consulting experience and is part of the M&A Advisory practice. He joined Centri in January 2023 and assists clients with buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, sell-side readiness, and accounting and audit support across multiple industries. Previously, he also supported clients with their financial reporting requirements, technical accounting research, and pre-audit support preparation.

Prior to his time with Centri, Matthew was a Senior Auditor at PwC within their Assurance Practice. There, he served clients in the asset and wealth management industry, primarily working on financial statement audits of mutual and private equity funds and employee benefit plans. His experience includes testing complex audit areas and preparing financial statements.

Matthew received a B.S. in both Accounting and Finance (financial analyst track) from the University of New Hampshire in 2018. He also received an M.S. in Accounting from the same institution in 2019. Matthew is actively pursuing his CPA license.
