Mike is a Director at Centri Business Consulting. He has 15 years of professional experience, including valuation, investment banking, financial analysis, and project management, of which 10 years are related to valuation. He joined Centri in February 2021 and has supported clients across several industries, including automotive, biotechnology, financial services, infrastructure, and software-as-a-service. Mike specializes in portfolio valuation, purchase price allocation, and equity-based compensation valuation.

Prior to his time with Centri, Mike was a Manager at KPMG US LLP, where he worked as a member of the Alternative Investment (AI) Valuation team and acted as a founding member of the Business Modeling Services (BMS) team. As a member of the AI team, Mike performed fair value analyses for private equity portfolio companies in addition to other hard-to-value alternative assets. As a member of the BMS team, Mike helped clients develop financial models for several purposes, including strategic finance, financial reporting, corporate development, and cash flow planning. Mike also has prior valuation experience at PwC, where he performed a broad base of valuation analyses, including goodwill impairment, portfolio valuation, purchase price valuation, and tax valuations. Mike began his career in investment banking, where he served as a member of the General Industrials Group at Jefferies Financial Group.

Mike received a BS-BA from Susquehanna University in 2007 and a M.B.A. from the University of Maryland in 2012. He maintains a certification in Financial Modeling and Valuation Analysis (FMVA) and is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV).
