Nathan is a Partner and the Atlanta Market Leader at Centri Business Consulting. He has over 20 years of accounting and business advisory experience. Nathan joined Centri in December 2023 to establish and build the firm’s brand presence in Atlanta and the Southeast region. He is responsible for the market growth efforts, client delivery, and management of the office. Nathan has extensive experience advising organizations through financial and operational transformation, working with Private Equity to optimize portfolio operations, and advising clients through transactions and capital market initiatives.

Prior to joining Centri, Nathan helped establish the Atlanta presence for Riveron and managed the firm’s Southeast market development efforts as a managing director and market leader. Nathan was also the Co-Founder of The Childers Group, an Information Technology services and mission-critical systems development firm focused on servicing Federal Government agencies. Nathan previously spent time in the technology industry running the operations for Preparis, a private equity-backed leader in the business continuity sector. Nathan also managed the finance and accounting services practice for DRT Strategies, a boutique management consulting firm in addition to establishing and building their Atlanta presence. He started his professional career with PwC.

Nathan holds a Master’s in Accountancy from Wake Forest University and a BSBA from Appalachian State University. Nathan is a decorated combat veteran who served as a US Army Infantry Officer for nearly a decade in various leadership and command positions.
