Parag is a Manager at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 6 years of experience in public accounting and consulting. He joined Centri in April 2023 where he assists clients in various industries with financial reporting processes and advises them on complex M&A transactions.

Prior to his time with Centri, Parag worked at KPMG as a Senior Associate in the firm’s Deal Advisory and Strategy Practice, where he performed buy- and sell-side financial due diligence on middle-market companies in the process of being bought or sold. Parag also worked for 3 years at RSM and later for 1 year at KPMG in their Audit Practices, where he performed comprehensive financial statement audits of tech, healthcare, and real estate clients with a specialization in the financial services industry.

Parag received a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley University in 2016.
