Pavlo is a Partner at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 16 years of public accounting experience. He joined Centri in January 2024 and, throughout his career, has worked with a diverse range of publicly and privately owned clients across several industries, including technology, life sciences, manufacturing and distribution, retail and consumer products, and media and advertising. Pavlo has a focus on serving clients with complex accounting and reporting transactions, including but not limited to revenue recognition, complex financial instruments, stock-based compensation, and business combinations.

In addition, Pavlo has significant experience with internal controls, including understanding the client’s business processes, identifying risks, and evaluating the effectiveness of relevant control activities related to various business cycles in compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Prior to his time with Centri, Pavlo was an Audit Partner at BDO USA. He was also a member of the firm’s Technology and Retail and Consumer Products industry groups.

Pavlo received a B.S. in Accounting from West Chester University in 2007 and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
