Prince is a Manager at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 8 years of experience in public accounting, cybersecurity, and consulting services. He joined Centri in December 2023 and works on financial reporting preparation and technical accounting memos. Prince also provides internal audit support through IT and Cyber Risk Assessments, Compliance Advisory, and IT Governance services with the Risk Advisory Services team.

Prior to his time with Centri, he was an Accounting Advisory Manager at Deloitte, where he performed financial reporting and analysis for various clients. He provided IT and Cybersecurity services using the Risk Management Framework for various IT systems. Before his role at Deloitte, Prince served in Information Assurance, Civil Engineering, and Transportation roles in the United States Army. He was also an Accountant at Microsoft Corporation, where he worked with the financial reporting and analysis team and performed accounts payable responsibilities for clients.

Prince received a B.S. degree in Management and Accounting with a minor in Computer Science from Regent University College of Science and Technology and an M.S. degree in Cybersecurity Management and Policy from the University of Maryland’s Global Campus. He is a Certified Information System Manager (CISM).
