Rich is a Partner at Centri Business Consulting and a leader of the firm’s Tax Advisory Practice. With over 15 years of public accounting experience, Rich specializes in ASC 740, Accounting for Income Taxes, advising both public and private companies on complex tax provision matters. He joined Centri in November 2025 and has extensive experience in annual and quarterly income tax accounting, valuation allowance assessments, uncertain tax position analyses, and global effective tax rate management.

Rich has served a wide range of industries, including technology, life sciences, software, manufacturing, and professional services. He regularly supports clients through financial statement audits, IPO readiness, and merger and acquisition transitions, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with ever-evolving accounting standards. In addition to his ASC 740 experience, Rich has helped manage comprehensive tax outsourcing engagements, overseeing federal, state, and international tax compliance for multinational corporations and private equity-backed portfolio companies with growing global operations.

Prior to joining Centri, Rich held multiple positions at BDO for nearly 14 years, most recently as a Tax Principal. Prior to his time at BDO, Rich began his career in the Tax Accounting Group at Duane Morris, LLP, a Philadelphia-based law firm. In these prior experiences, Rich developed a strong foundation of corporate income tax accounting, compliance, and strategy.

Rich received a B.S. in Business & Engineering, with a concentration in Accounting from Drexel University and is an active member of the Drexel alumni groups. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Pennsylvania.
