Tamara is a Senior Analyst in the Valuation practice at Centri Business Consulting. She has over 3 years of experience. She joined Centri in September 2023 and assists clients across multiple industries with valuation services.

Prior to her time with Centri, Tamara gained valuable experience as an Experienced Associate in the Valuation-Deals team at PwC, where she helped execute business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations (pre and post-deals), impairment tests, valuation of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, outside-in analyses, and model diagnostics. During her tenure, she further honed her skills in financial analysis and valuation methodologies supporting clients from private and public companies across several industries.

Prior to joining PwC, Tamara worked as a Business Valuation Consultant, with a specific focus on startups. One notable joint venture she was involved with was OerthBio, a startup operating in the agricultural biotechnology industry. These experiences strengthened Tamara’s ability to assess the unique challenges and opportunities associated with early-stage companies. Tamara’s contributions to both established firms and startups highlight her versatility and commitment to the field.

Tamara graduated summa cum laude from Deree College – The American College of Greece and received a B.S. in Finance in 2019. She then received a M.S. in Financial Management with a concentration in Investment Analysis from Boston University in 2022.
