Tori is a Partner at Centri Business Consulting and the leader of the firm’s Accounting Operations and Transformation Practice. With over 13 years of experience, Tori helps optimize and modernize clients’ accounting functions to support scalable growth, operational efficiency, and audit readiness.

Since joining Centri in October 2016, Tori has worked across a wide range of industries including technology, fintech, healthcare, private equity, life sciences and telecommunications, providing strategic support in areas such as financial close optimization, process redesign, system implementation readiness and post-acquisition integration. Her work often involves leading transformation initiatives that align accounting processes with evolving business needs and regulatory requirements. Tori also supports clients with interim accounting and finance support, board reporting, post-acquisition integration, and pre-audit preparation, ensuring that financial reporting and operational workflows are audit-ready and aligned with best practices and industry standards.

Prior to her time with Centri, Tori held multiple positions on the financial reporting team at Ascensus, Inc., a privately held financial services company. In those positions, she reported directly to the CFO and played a key role in M&A activities, board reporting and consolidated internal management reporting. While at Ascensus, Tori developed the internal financial reporting process for its college savings division post-acquisition and supported Broker Dealer reporting requirements to FINRA.

Tori received a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University and is a member of the Saint Joseph’s alumni group. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Pennsylvania.
