Yoland is a Director at Centri Business Consulting. She has over 10 years of experience in public accounting and accounting advisory experience. She joined Centri in January 2024 and supports clients across several industries, focusing primarily on companies within the technology, digital assets, and fintech industries. She specializes in providing Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) financial reporting and compliance services, including supporting clients with their financial reporting requirements, preparing periodic filings with the SEC, including S-1, S-4, 8-K, Proxy, 10-Q, 10-K, and Form 10 filings. She also assists companies in preparing for capital market transactions, including SPACs and IPOs.

Prior to her time with Centri, Yoland was a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP and served in the firm’s National Office as a Digital Asset subject matter expert. She also provided audit and accounting advisory services and SPAC readiness services to various entities within the digital asset industry. For the first 8 years of her career, Yoland provided audit services to public and private clients within the technology and media industries. Throughout her tenure, she assisted companies with the implementation of new accounting standards, remediation of internal controls, and the evaluation of complex technical accounting and SEC reporting matters. She served a broad array of clients ranging from startups and emerging growth companies to large multinational corporations.

Yoland earned her B.A. in Accounting and her M.B.A. from Howard University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
