Meet the Advisory Board members who serve Centri and offer vital support and accountability in helping us grow and achieve new goals.
Matthew has a track record of driving industrial transformation, significantly increasing earnings and shareholder equity, and brings over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management of global manufacturing businesses to Centri’s advisory board. Throughout his career, he successfully led multibillion-dollar manufacturing, infrastructure, and business services companies with up to 34k employees. Some of his key prior qualifications include:
- Leading the transformation of Radial Inc. after being recruited by Sterling Partners in January 2017. Initial areas of focus include organization alignment, strategic prioritization, and governance. After an eight-week enterprise assessment, led the successful sale of Radial Inc., a $1.2B e-commerce services business, to Belgian Post.
- Serving as CEO of Armstrong World Industries, a $2.9B global building products company. Matthew worked to improve P&L, drive leadership, and make operational and strategic improvements, increasing ROIC and equity value by 75%.
- Chairman and CEO of IKON Office Solutions, a $4.9B document management services company. Matthew transformed the company’s business model and nearly doubled shareholder value, resulting in a $1.6B merger with Ricoh Japan.
- Spending 23 years at GE, with the last assignment as President and CEO of GE Lighting.
Aside from supporting Centri, Matthew is currently serving as an independent director at WESCO International and Anywhere Real Estate Inc. (formally Realogy Holdings Corp.). From 2017 until April 2023, he served as an operating partner with Strategic Value Partners, chairing two of their portfolio company boards and sitting on a third.
Matthew graduated from the University of Idaho with a B.S. in marketing and received an MBA from Wittier College.
Mike brings over 39 years of experience in audit, advisory, and financial services to Centri’s advisory board. As a former Big Four Board Director, Managing Partner, and Chief Culture Officer, Mike has a history of cultivating innovative, high-integrity work cultures. Some of his key prior experiences include:
- Serving as the Lead Partner for Culture at KPMG, implementing front-line talent and culture-building programming.
- The Lead Director of KPMG’s Board of Directors, enhancing board governance and guiding the firm through periods of significant transformation.
- Managing Partner of KPMG’s Colorado offices, expanding the team from 350 to 1,200 professionals and launching KPMG’s first-ever Ignition Center to foster innovation and growth.
- Serving as a Lead Audit Partner, specializing in guiding successful IPOs and acquisitions for multinational and domestic companies.
Aside from supporting Centri, Mike has joined several boards, including the Colorado Society of CPAs and the Downtown Denver Partnership.
Mike is a sought-after speaker on culture, ethics, talent, governance, and various business topics. He has been featured at the KPMG Audit Committee Institute Round Tables, the KPMG Executive Women’s Retreat, National Association of Corporate Directors and the KPMG Perspectives Conference.
Mike graduated with a B.S. degree in Commerce and Accounting from Washington and Lee University, where he graduated summa cum laude and is a Certified Public Accountant in Colorado.
Lori Reiner brings more than 35 years of experience as a CPA, audit partner, and strategic business advisor to Centri’s Advisory Board. Throughout her career, she has built trusted relationships with CEOs and leadership teams, aligning talent and business strategies to drive long-term growth.
Lori’s notable accomplishments include:
- Leading EisnerAmper’s transformation as its first Chief People Officer, where she oversaw successful M&A integrations, formalized internal processes, and optimized talent through a people-centric approach.
- Spearheading the strategic growth of EisnerAmper’s Philadelphia office, leading its expansion to $40 million in revenue and overseeing the successful relocation to a flagship space in Center City Philadelphia.
- Advising executive leadership teams on strategic initiatives related to M&A, performance, tax, and budgeting decisions.
- Serving in governance and leadership roles, including Board Chair of The Forum of Executive Women and the Pennsylvania Women’s Forum.
- Serving as Board Director and Audit Committee Chair of Germantown Academy, and as a Board Director of the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia, where she contributed to the Membership Committee and CEO Access Network.
In addition to her role with Centri, Lori currently serves on the Council of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She is a frequent speaker, writer, and media contributor on topics including entrepreneurship, inclusive leadership, firm culture, and mentorship.
Lori earned her B.A. in Accounting from Temple University.
Jerry is a Senior Advisor at Centri Business Consulting. He began an advisory relationship with Centri in October 2020, bringing his deep expertise in accounting, advisory, and financial services to advise across the firm’s practices, with a focus on strategic growth initiatives. In this capacity, he provides advisement to senior management and provides guidance to the already rapid growth of the organization.
Prior to his time with Centri, Jerry spent 36 years with KPMG in Philadelphia, retiring in September 2015. He served as the Managing Partner of the Firm’s Philadelphia Office, which had over 1,100 partners and employees, from 2006 through 2015. Previously, he spent 5 years as the Partner in Charge of the Firm’s Audit practice in Pennsylvania, overseeing operations in KPMG’s Philadelphia, Harrisburg, and Pittsburgh offices.
Since retiring from KPMG, Jerry has joined the Boards of Cohen & Steers Mutual Funds based in New York City. Cohen & Steers is a global investment manager specializing in liquid real assets. He serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee for the Funds, 9 of which are publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
Jerry also serves as a member of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee Chairman of inTEST Corporation, a publicly held Technology Company (NTSE: INTT). The Company is a global supplier of precision-engineered solutions for use in manufacturing and testing across a wide range of markets including automotive, defense/aerospace, energy, industrial, semiconductor, and telecommunications.
He is also a Board Member of the Faith in the Future Foundation and continues to serve on the Pennsylvania Early Learning Investment Commission. Jerry also serves as an Executive in Residence at Rowan University in Southern New Jersey where he chairs the University’s Accounting Advisory Board.
Previously, Jerry served as the President of the 22,000-member Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), a member of the Board and Executive Committee of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, a member of the CEO Council for Growth, a member of the Board of Trustees of Gwynedd-Mercy University and Saint Joseph’s Preparatory School and on the Boards of the Historical Society of Pennsylvania, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Foundation and the Union League of Philadelphia.
Jerry received the Father of the Year award from the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Diabetes Association in 2009. In 2011, he received the Distinguished Public Service Award from the PICPA as well as the Breath of Life award from the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. In 2015, he received the Heart of Philadelphia award from the American Heart Association and in 2017 he received the Medal of Excellence award from Rowan University’s Rohrer College of Business. In 2018, Jerry received the Taoiseach Award for exceptional business leadership and compassion from the Irish American Business Chamber & Network of Philadelphia.
Jerry graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from St. Joseph’s University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Lou Trebino brings more than 35 years of experience leading enterprise technology transformation and innovation to Centri’s Advisory Board. Throughout his career, he has led enterprise-wide change at the intersection of technology, strategy, and culture, building high-impact teams and delivering innovation-driven transformation that enables organizations to navigate disruption and achieve sustainable growth.
Lou’s notable accomplishments include:
- Modernizing and leading KPMG’s audit technology and innovation strategy as Chief Audit Technology Officer, enabling the transformation of audit delivery through AI, automation, and advanced risk assessment while accelerating service delivery and reducing overtime hours.
- Pioneering the introduction of virtual audit rooms and smart-glasses technology to support remote inventory observation during COVID-19, ensuring continuity of client service in a period of unprecedented disruption.
- Serving as a senior Advisory Principal, leading complex, global transformation programs for Fortune 500 organizations, with a focus on enterprise systems integration, process reengineering, and alignment of IT capabilities to business objectives.
- Establishing and leading the team that designed, launched, and scaled KPMG Ignition Centers across strategic U.S. markets, creating highly collaborative, technology‑enabled environments for client co‑creation, while serving as Denver Ignition Partner‑in‑Charge and Denver Advisory Office Leader.
- As Chief Information Officer of The Harry Fox Agency, transforming the organization’s revenue model in response to digital disruption, launching an industry‑leading digital platform while overseeing client services for more than 46,000 music publishers and service providers.
- Leading large-scale media, entertainment, and telecommunications engagements at BearingPoint, and playing a key regional leadership role in Bellcore’s valuation and acquisition, helping transform the organization into Telcordia Technologies with a newly designed, customer-centric delivery model.
In addition to his executive leadership roles, Lou is a visible DE&I advocate and LGBTQ champion in both business and community settings. He is a frequent speaker, media interview subject, and instructor on business technology innovation and collaboration, and has been featured in Gartner and CIO Leadership Center case studies.
Lou earned his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Montclair State University.
