Meet Our Dallas Office Leadership

Osmar is a Managing Director at Centri with over 16 years of experience across financial reporting, technical accounting, and advisory. He works across a wide array of industries, including life sciences, technology, financial services, consumer products, and oil and gas. In his role, he focuses on a range of complex accounting solutions, including guiding clients through every stage of the IPO process.

Prior to joining Centri he was a Managing Director at BDO where he supported clients in complex accounting matters. He also held prior positions at Riveron and KPMG within their audit practice.

Osmar holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
