Frank Varanavage

Frank is a Director at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 22 years of accounting experience. He joined Centri in August 2025 and assists with overseeing outsourced accounting with start-ups and emerging growth companies, public companies in life sciences, cannabis, non-profits and digital assets.  Additionally, he supports clients with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow needs.

Prior to his time with Centri, Frank worked as an audit director at Kreischer Miller, where he led assurance engagements for clients across the investment industry, including family offices, broker-dealers, investment managers, and private funds.   Prior to that, he was a supervisor at a regional accounting firm in Center City Philadelphia, where his primary area of concentration was financial statement audits of mutual funds and mutual fund management companies.

Frank received a B.S. degree in accounting from LaSalle University.  He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Pennsylvania and is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  He is also a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and LaSalle University’s Advisory Council for Accounting.
