Jeff Calhoon

Jeff is a Director at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 12 years of client service experience, helping companies navigate complex accounting and financial reporting challenges for companies. He joined Centri in July 2026 and focuses on a wide range of technical accounting topics, including mergers and acquisitions, share-based compensation, revenue recognition, and complex debt and equity transactions. Jeff also advises clients on the public offering process, financial statement up-lifts and periodic SEC filings.

Prior to his time with Centri, Jeff spent more than twelve years with Crowe. Throughout this time, he has advised public and private companies across a variety of industries, helping management teams navigate complex accounting, financial reporting, and business matters. His experience includes working with high-growth and private equity-backed organizations on significant transactions, capital markets activities, operational challenges, and evolving regulatory requirements. Jeff has led large, multidisciplinary teams, managed relationships with executive leadership and governing bodies, and supported clients through critical milestones including acquisitions, financing events, public company readiness initiatives and initial public offerings.

Jeff received a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of West Florida and BBA in accounting from the University Northern Colorado. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of Colorado. Jeff serves on the board of directors of Denver Film and has been working with nonprofits in the Colorado community for nearly 10 years
