Steven Ruzek

Steven is a Senior Claim Analyst at Altair Associates, Inc. He has more than 10 years of experience in conducting claim file and claim operational audits. He joined Altair in December 2014, where he supports clients by conducting audits of the various claim organizations which provide their Third Party Administrator (TPA) / Delegated Claim Authority (DCA) and related services. He audits programs involving automobile liability, automobile physical damage, medical payments / PIP, umbrella / underinsured motorist, automobile property damage liability, homeowners and commercial property coverages and general liability. He is versed in the requirements of U.S., Canadian and London Markets.

Prior to his time with Altair, Steven worked in the insurance industry for over thirty-five years, first as an Adjuster / Examiner, then as a Specialist / Supervisor, then as a Claim Manager. He concluded his career with sixteen years as a Regional Director with a large insurance and financial services company, managing operations in eight states.

Steven received a B.S. degree in Business from St Cloud State University. He has an Associate in Management (AIM) designation and has completed eight parts of the CPCU program.
