His expertise encompasses conducting operational and technical audits of MGAs and TPAs, evaluating claims handling quality, financial controls, reserve methodology, benefit eligibility, coverage application, and compliance with delegated authority and regulatory standards. He leverages deep technical literacy, including over three years of practical fluency in applied AI tools and data lifecycle governance, to deliver rigorous, privacy-compliant oversight across complex claims environments. Having performed multi-line evaluations, exposure assessments, and root-cause analyses, he ensures documentation accuracy, adjudication quality, and strict alignment with carrier requirements while drawing on early-career experience managing complex legacy exposures.
