Frank Noyes

Frank is a Senior Underwriting Analyst at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 50 years of insurance industry experience in commercial lines underwriting, business development, program management, reinsurance, risk management, and surplus lines insurance.

Prior to his time with Centri, Frank worked with both carrier and managing general agent (MGA) operations. Frank held roles with several leading insurance organizations, including AIG during its formative years and Markel, where he gained extensive experience in underwriting and business development.

Frank received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Risk Management and Insurance from Georgia State University in Atlanta. He has earned several industry designations, including Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Programs Leader (CPL), Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), Associate in Reinsurance (ARe), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and Associate in Surplus Lines Insurance (ASLI).
