Matt is a Partner at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 30 years of experience providing advisory, accounting, financial reporting, governance, and strategic consulting services to Boards of Directors, CEOs, CFOs, private equity sponsors, investors, and executive leadership teams. He joined Centri in September 2026 and focuses on helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, financial complexity, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, governance, enterprise risk management, and long-term value creation.

Prior to his time with Centri, he served as an Audit Partner with BDO USA and Deloitte & Touche, where he advised public and private companies, private equity-backed businesses, venture-backed organizations, and emerging growth companies across a variety of industries. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with Boards of Directors, Audit Committees, investors, business owners, and executive leadership teams on financial reporting, SEC compliance, operational performance, business transformation initiatives, financing transactions, IPOs, acquisitions, and complex strategic matters. He is also recognized for his expertise in pharmaceutical gross-to-net revenue accounting, subscription and usage-based SaaS revenue models, and other complex revenue recognition matters.

Matt received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Saint Joseph’s University. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New Jersey and holds an IFRS certification. He remains actively involved with Saint Joseph’s University as a member of the Accounting Advisory Board.
