With over 400 public and private companies participating from a variety of growth sectors, ROTH consists of 1-on-1/small group meetings, company presentations, analyst-selected fireside chats, and thematic industry panels. The conference also includes many social components, including networking, entertainment, and athletic charity events.
In addition to sponsoring this year’s conference, Centri’s Partner and SEC & Capital Markets Practice Leader, Christopher Mora, will be participating in the SPAC panel, “State of the SPAC Market: Trends, Challenges & Solutions for New Public Companies.” The panel will be live-streamed and webcast on Monday, March 13th, at 10:30 AM PT as part of the event.
To kick off ROTH, Centri is hosting an East Coast Meets West Coast Happy Hour for conference attendees at 180blu at the Ritz Carlton on Sunday, March 12th, from 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM PT.
