Philadelphia, PA – March 6, 2024 – Centri is a proud Diamond Sponsor of the 36^th Annual ROTH Conference taking place March 17-19, 2024, in Dana Point, California. This is Centri’s sixth year sponsoring ROTH.

This year’s conference will consist of 1-on-1/small group meetings, company presentations, analyst-selected fireside chats, and industry panels. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from and meet with executive management from 500 private and public companies in a variety of growth sectors, including Consumer, Technology & Media, Sustainability & Industrial Growth, AgTech, Energy, Metals & Mining, Healthcare, Services, and Insurance.

In addition to sponsoring this year’s conference, Centri will be participating in two panels that will be live-streamed and webcast as part of the event.

• Partner and Capital Markets Practice Leader Christopher Mora will be participating in the Capital Markets panel, “Reaching for the Promised Land: Current Considerations for Listing on a National Exchange,” on Monday, March 18^th, at 1:00 PM PT.
• Partner and SEC Compliance, Financial Reporting & SPAC Practice Leader Derek Kearns will be participating in the SPAC panel, “State of the SPAC Market – Are Deals Getting Done?” on Monday, March 18th, at 2:00 PM PT.

To kick off ROTH, Centri is hosting an East Coast Meets West Coast Happy Hour for conference attendees at 180blu at the Ritz Carlton on Sunday, March 17th, from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM PT.
