Centri’s Kurt Becker is Promoted to Senior Manager

PHILADELPHIA, PA – January 1, 2018 – Centri Business Consulting congratulates Kurt Becker on his promotion to Senior Manager. Kurt joined Centri Business Consulting, LLC in February 2016. He has more than 7 years of accounting and financial reporting experience. While with Centri, he has assisted clients across several industries with their financial reporting requirements, including documenting the accounting treatment of various complex transactions and preparation of periodic filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Kurt has also assisted clients of various sizes with the implementation and testing of SOX compliance programs in accordance with the criteria set forth by the 2013 Internal Control – Integrated Framework issued by the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (“COSO”). In addition, he has assisted multiple companies with their ASC 606 Revenue Recognition impact assessments.

Prior to Joining Centri, Kurt worked in the SEC reporting group at both EPAM Systems, Inc. and also at PPL Corporation. Prior to joining industry, Kurt was an associate with BDO USA, where he provided both audit and tax services to a broad range of clients. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in accounting from Kutztown University and a Master of Accountancy degree from Villanova University. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2012.
