Philadelphia, PA – April 4, 2024 – Centri Business Consulting, LLC, one of the industry’s fastest-growing and most respected accounting and advisory firms, is excited to announce the addition of a new Partner, Pavlo Ageyev.

Over his 16-plus year career, Pavlo has worked closely with public and private clients to help solve accounting and reporting challenges, including internal controls, revenue recognition, complex financial instruments, stock-based compensation, business combinations, and evaluating the effectiveness of relevant control activities related to various business cycles in compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Pavlo brings deep expertise across the technology, life sciences, manufacturing and distribution, retail and consumer products, and media and advertising fields to his new role at Centri.

Pavlo joins Centri from BDO USA, where he most recently served as an Audit Partner within the firm’s Technology, Retail, and Consumer Products industry groups. Pavlo received a B.S. in Accounting from West Chester University in 2007 and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
